Treatment in China, organised honestly.

We are not a hospital and not a doctor. We translate your records, get them in front of the right specialist, and bring back a written answer — before you buy a ticket.

Initial review of your case is free and takes 1–2 business days. Medical decisions belong to the treating physician.

What we actually do

Patients usually arrive with a folder of scans and no idea where it should go. Our job is to close that gap — nothing more, nothing less.

1

Read your case honestly

We look at what you already have and tell you whether travelling makes sense — including when the answer is no.

2

Put it in front of a specialist

Records translated to clinical Chinese and English, matched to a department that actually treats your condition, not the most advertised one.

3

Bring back a written answer

A written opinion and a cost estimate from the hospital, in English, before any payment or booking is discussed.

How it starts

Four steps. No obligation until you decide to proceed after seeing the estimate.

Send what you have

Discharge summaries, scan reports, lab results, pathology. Photos are fine to start; DICOM files are better for imaging.

Free first review

We tell you if the case is realistic, which city and department fits, and what is missing for a doctor to answer.

Translation and submission

Your file is prepared to hospital standards and sent to a named department. We handle the correspondence.

Written opinion and estimate

You receive the physician's written answer and the hospital's cost estimate. Then you decide, with no pressure.

What we do not do

Being clear about this is the whole point of working with us.

  • We do not diagnose, prescribe, predict outcomes or promise results.
  • We do not take commission from hospitals. You pay us, and the fee is agreed in writing before work starts.
  • We do not quote a price we cannot stand behind — hospital costs are confirmed by the hospital.
  • We do not tell everyone to travel. Sometimes the honest answer is: treat this at home.

What we handle most often

Three areas where a second opinion in China genuinely changes the options.

Oncology and second opinions

Review of an existing diagnosis, surgery assessment and post-treatment rehabilitation. Requires original imaging and pathology — photographs are not enough.

Orthopaedics and joints

Joint replacement and spine cases. Mostly about checking whether surgery is indicated at all, and if so, what type.

Reproductive medicine

IVF and fertility programmes. We coordinate documents and consultations; treatment protocols are decided by the clinic.

Two routes into China

Geography changes the cost of a trip more than most patients expect, so we choose the route first and the hospital second.

Western route — Xinjiang

Urumqi and Kashgar are the practical entry points for patients from Central and South Asia. Short flights, lower travel costs, and departments used to foreign patients.

Suited to: general surgery, orthopaedics, diagnostics, rehabilitation.

Eastern route — major cities

Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Tianjin concentrate the complex work: advanced oncology, cardiac surgery, neurosurgery.

Suited to: complex oncology, cardiac and neurosurgical cases where the western route is not enough.
