We receive the medical documents you choose to send. We use them to obtain a specialist opinion and a cost estimate for you. We share them with the hospital department handling your case, and with nobody else for marketing. We do not sell data, and this site sets no tracking cookies.
CareBridge is a coordination service operated from Beijing, China. We are not a hospital, not a clinic and not a medical practice. We do not employ physicians to treat patients abroad and we do not provide medical services of any kind.
We do not ask for payment card details, bank passwords or one-time codes, and we do not collect them through this site. This site has no contact forms, no analytics scripts and no advertising trackers.
Only with the hospital department that is assessing your case, and where necessary with a translation provider working under our instruction. We do not publish case details, photographs or testimonials without your separate written consent, and we do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
Case files are kept while your enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that a reopened question does not require you to resend everything. You may ask us to delete your file at any time by writing to the contacts on our contact page; we will delete what we hold, except where a hospital record has already been created under your name and is governed by that hospital's own rules.
We limit access to case files to the people working on your case. No transmission method is perfectly secure, so please send only what is necessary, and send it only to the contact details listed on this site. If someone claiming to represent us asks for payment credentials or verification codes, treat it as fraud and tell us.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. We do not diagnose conditions, recommend or prescribe treatment, interpret imaging, give prognoses, or guarantee any outcome. Any opinion you receive originates from a physician at a hospital and is subject to that physician's own assessment and to the limits of the documents provided.
Decisions about treatment belong to you and your treating physician. Where travel is contraindicated by your doctor, or where your condition is unstable, the correct course is care at the nearest appropriate facility — not international travel.
Our fee covers coordination work: document handling, translation, submission, correspondence and, where agreed, accompaniment. Hospital fees for consultation, examination, treatment and medication are set by the hospital, are quoted to you before payment, and are paid by you to the hospital. We do not accept commission from hospitals for referring patients.
