What to put in the first message

Three lines save a week of back-and-forth.

The diagnosis, and when it was made. If there is no diagnosis yet, say what the symptom is and how long it has lasted.
What has already been done — surgery, medication, radiation, physiotherapy — and what the doctors have proposed next.
What records exist — summaries, MRI or CT, pathology, labs. Photos are enough for the first look.

You do not need to write a long story, and you do not need to translate anything. Send what you have in the original language; translation is our job.

What we will never ask for

Payment details, bank passwords, one-time SMS codes, or a deposit before you have seen a written estimate. If anyone contacting you in our name asks for these, it is not us — please report it to the numbers above.
